CIF aims to be the leader in innovation in the area of quantitative finance and risk management in South Eastern Europe. For this reason, it strongly supports and takes active part in research efforts in these fields. Partners and associates of CIF regularly present their research at leading scientific and professional conferences and publish in renowned scientific journals.

Some of the CIF’s innovative research and development efforts have been funded by the Innovation grant by the Ministry of Science of the Republic of Serbia. In addition, CIF has established a cooperation with the The Scientific Computing Laboratory (SCL) at the Institute of Physics in Belgrade, the leading science institution in Serbia, by forming the Laboratory for Quantitative Finance (LQF). The goal of this project is to perform cutting-edge research in the area of quantitative finance and risk management.
